Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 2026

est-tokenapi.com sells digital API tokens. Due to the digital nature of our products, we have a strict refund policy.

1. Non-Refundable

All token purchases are final and non-refundable once the tokens are credited to your account and/or partially consumed.

2. Exceptions

Refunds are only issued if: (a) You were double-charged due to a system error; (b) Our system completely fails to deliver the tokens within 24 hours and support cannot resolve it.

3. Chargebacks

Filing a fraudulent chargeback with your bank will result in an immediate and permanent ban of your account and IP address.
